Good morning,
This is your reminder that the deadline to request a final exam for the Fall 2025 semester is Friday, August 29, by 5:00 PM. No exceptions will be made for missed requests.

- Final Exam Week: 12/15/2025 鈥� 12/19/2025
How to Select Final Exam Type
Navigate to: Main Menu 鈥� Curriculum Management 鈥� Schedule of Classes 鈥� Adjust Class Association
- ITEC: Request a final exam in an ITEC room
- No: No final exam during finals week
- Remote Asynchronous: Scheduled online for a specific day (open 24 hours, 12:00 a.m.鈥�11:59 p.m.)
- Remote Synchronous: Scheduled online at a specific day and time
- STEC: Request a final in a computer lab
- VTEC: Request a final in a VTEC room
- Yes: Request a final exam with no room preference
- eTesting: Request an eTesting final (available only for:
- Courses with prior exams in the eTesting lab (107 Pollock) that semester
- Large courses (typically 600+ students); smaller courses may be used to fill gaps
Important Notes
- You can request a remote final for an in-person course.
- You cannot request an in-person final for an online course.
