Adjustments to Prime Time Calculation

Hello,
The calculation of prime time has been revised to align with updated language. Under the new approach, courses numbered X94, X95, X96, and X99 are excluded. As a result, any class with these numbers芒鈧�漞ven if it has an assigned day and time芒鈧�漺ill not be classified as either within or outside of prime time, regardless of its scheduled start time.
The query PE_SR_PRIME_TIME_PERCENTS has been adjusted as well as the iTwo dashboard. The workflow in LionPATH has also been adjusted accordingly.
